Checklist

Your Sicily — ready checklist.
A gentle nudge through the essentials — travel, stays, RSVPs, dress code, and a few smart things to make the trip effortless. Easy to follow, easy to love.
Book your flights to Sicily — aim to arrive at least two days before the wedding (the volcano and Italian timing both like surprises).
Decide which airport suits you best:
Catania (CTA) – closest to the venue
Palermo (PMO) – great if you’re turning this into a longer tripCheck your passport — it must be valid for at least three months after travel.
If you’re planning to rent a car, it's best to book early. It's also a good idea to get full insurance.
Plan how you’ll get to the wedding venue: drive, designated driver, or night bus.
Stay in or near Piazza Armerina, as it is the closest town to the venue and the pre-event location.
If you want an easy journey home, stay at one of our four recommended hotels or anywhere close to a night-bus stop.
Hotels may appear “unavailable” online this early — don’t panic. Email them directly to secure a room.
If you’re attending the pre-event on 9 September, we recommend booking a two-night stay, checking in on the 9th and checking out on the morning of the 11th.
Everything happens in one simple form — no need to message us separately.
Confirm if you’re attending (Yes or No).
Add your entourage. If you’re travelling as a couple or family, coordinate who’s adding kids to the RSVP (so we don’t count them twice).
Share any dietary restrictions — we’ve got options for everyone.
Tell us if you’ll join the pre-event“Sip Happens: Meet, Eat & Mingle.”
Answer a few fun trivia questions — we’ll turn them into a game at the wedding.
🗓️ RSVP deadline: 28 February 2026
Bring your brightest colours — the theme is bold as oranges, bright as lemons.
No white or dark colours for the ladies.
Choose shoes that can handle grass and dancing.
No gifts needed — your presence is the real one.
If you insist, you’ll find an envelope box at the venue.
Save offline maps of Tenuta Savoca and Piazza Armerina.
Pre-book a taxi if you’re not taking the night bus.
