We’re getting married — save the date: 10 Sept 2026.
The exact schedule? We’ll call that a 2026 problem. We’ll share all the details next year, once we’ve settled life’s big unknowns: how many glasses of Prosecco count as “welcome”, how long Johan’s (best man) speech will actually last, how many “Barolo Breaks” Gwen (maid of honour) can negotiate and whether the DJ is brave enough to play Sweet Caroline. Until then, here’s the vibe.

The Ceremony. Sunshine, Vows & Olive Trees
We’ll say “I do” surrounded by the people (and dogs) who mean the most to us. Expect sunshine, a little happy crying, and the kind of moment that makes you wish every big thing in life happened in Sicily.

Dinner & Dancing Under the Stars
After dinner comes dancing under the stars — barefoot moves, questionable karaoke, at least one Sweet Caroline. Then a cosy night-bus ride home (see How to Escape). Warm air, good wine, and a night that turns into that perfect “let’s stay here forever” feeling.
