We've skipped the traditional seated dinner in favour of a street-food festival instead. Plenty of options for every taste and diet, followed by live music and desserts making the rounds — and then some dancing to top it all off.

We will be ending the night with a cosy night-bus ride home (see How to Escape).

Dining: Sicilian flavours, food stations, and no fixed seating

Beveraging: Sicilian wine, Prosecco, and whatever Gwen smuggles into the negotiation
